Please Do Get "Saucy" with Me

 If you’ve ever wanted to get SAUCY with anyone at a dinner party, this is THE ONE!! Traditionally seen as a compliment to the main entrée, SAUCES will be featured as the entry itself. The traditional entrees will serve as “sides” or “compliments” and for our experience they will be represented by eggs for the appetizer portion, chicken and noodles for the main courses, and cheesecake for dessert.

Pizza with Pizzazz!!

​Just when you thought it would never happen… Culture N Cuisine “turns the table” on the exquisite dining experience by joining the ranks of Domino’s, Pizza Hut, Papa Johns and Little Caesars (“pizza, pizza”). Starting with a batch of homemade dough, we will explore the world through this popular and global food enterprise!! You will experience pizza in new and exciting ways through creative combinations of toppings, while also enjoying two traditional and popular franchised flavors (to be revealed at the party). And of course, dessert will feature sweet pizzas!!

“Mushrooms: The Fun Ghi at the Vegetable Party!!”

Being both highly nutritious as well as delightfully aromatic and tasty, mushrooms are the envy of the vegetable world. We will explore a variety of flavors and exotic types, including Lion’s Mane, Maitake, Porcini as well as more traditional types such as Portabella and Button mushrooms. These characters will be the main highlight in some dishes, while others will feature them in powder form or as representative flavor elements, so as to avert overstimulation of the tasting faculties. Join us for a tasty and healthy party with these Fun Ghis!!
